FEDSAS invites members to an interactive Burning Issue Q&A webinar where we will engage with members on the most pressing legal and policy developments in education.

Topics to be discussed include, inter alia:

• The Swartruggens matter, which currently serves as the first BELA test case relating to language and admissions in schools
• Feedback on pending regulations, including:
  • Admissions and school capacity
  • School Governing Body elections
  • Section 38A and related implications
• The mandatory use of SASAMS and the correct legal position regarding financial reporting
• Other current matters placing increased pressure on schools and governing bodies
